Plant Closures

In addition to holidays customarily observed in the USA, Decade Engineering has scheduled the following plant and office closure periods:

Monday, December 24, 2007, through Tuesday, January 1, 2008

We will begin processing orders received during this closure period on the following Wednesday, January 2, unless order-processing exceptions occur. In such cases, we can often ship without further delay if the customer is immediately available to answer questions.

Orders placed during scheduled closure times (and standard holidays) are processed upon reopening, in the order received. If you need to communicate with Decade Engineering staff for technical support or other reasons, email is your best bet. See our Feedback/Contact page. We will attempt to check email during closure periods, but it isn't assured. Please be patient.
