Limited Warranty Statement: If hardware manufactured by Decade Engineering fails to perform as described in Decade Engineering’s product description or specification, within one year from date of sale, Decade Engineering will repair or replace, at the discretion of Decade Engineering, the hardware and/or accessories originally supplied. Discontinued products, if available, are offered with a reduced warranty term of 30 days. If Decade Engineering is unable to repair or replace defective product within 30 days, Decade Engineering will refund the merchandise purchase price, less shipping charges. No other remedies are available. This warranty extends only to the original owner. Products that have been subjected to unauthorized modification (e.g. conformal coating, masking or removal of identification markings, soldered attachments), improper installation, misuse, abuse, or accident are not covered by this warranty. Incidental and consequential damages are not covered by this warranty.
Software is supplied by Decade Engineering as-is, without warranty of any kind. This includes software embedded in hardware (firmware) as well as software supplied for use on third-party hardware.

Service: Buyer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Decade Engineering, and ship defective product to factory in Turner, Oregon, with freight prepaid. Repaired or replaced in-warranty product will be promptly returned to buyer via postal service or ground shipping at no cost to buyer. Charges will apply for airborne, premium, expedited, or export shipping services. If warranty is expired or inapplicable, Decade Engineering will promptly supply an estimate for cost of repair, calibration, and return shipment to customer.
